I recently visited Bermuda Beach on the west end of Galveston Island. It is a beautiful beach with white sand and crystal clear water.
I was amazed at the abundance of seashells and sand dollars that lined the shore. It was like a treasure hunt and I couldn’t resist picking up a few to take home.
The beach was very peaceful and perfect for a morning walk or catching a sunset. I was glad to find it quite clean and there were some picnic tables scattered around for people to sit and enjoy the scenery.
The only downside was that there were no public restrooms available, but there are some restaurants and stores nearby if you need to use the restroom.
Accessing the beach was easy via public access point 12 along the San Luis Pass roadway.
All in all, it was a great experience and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice, quiet beach for some relaxation.
