Blackpool Pleasure Beach – What You Need To Know BEFORE You Visit

(Last Updated On: September 23, 2022)

For over 100 years, the same family has owned and operated Blackpool Pleasure Beach, one of the world’s 20 most popular theme parks.

Blackpool Pleasure Beach has broken several world records over the past 100 years and it has the most roller coasters compared to any other park in the UK.

Several of the rides broke world records, such as The Big One which was the tallest roller coaster in the world when it originally opened in 1994.

For those who like classic rides, four of Pleasure Beach’s roller coasters are made of wood, including the Big Dipper which was built in 1923.

If you’re doing a family trip to Blackpool and have kids, you can checkout the “Hot Ice” dancing show or visit Nickelodean Land which has rides based on popular TV shows.
