Bournemouth Beach – What You Need To Know BEFORE You Visit

(Last Updated On: January 19, 2023)

It should come as no surprise that more than 6 million people visit Bournemouth Beach every year given that it is widely regarded as one of the finest beaches in the United Kingdom.

The golden sand beach that extends for 9.5 miles from Hengistbury Head to Sandbanks is the ideal setting for a day spent unwinding by the water.

The beach is kept tidy and in good condition, and the water quality is exceptional.

In addition to the beach shops and arcades, there are also a number of restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream stands along the waterfront that are open to accommodate guests.

The beach has gentle sand, and there are RNLI lifeguards on duty between the months of April and September.

The beach is very family-friendly.
