At the aquarium, there are thousands of different creatures that can be found both above and below the waves, such as sharks, turtles, and penguins.

The aquarium features 11 different themed areas, which include a bayview terrace, a cove store, and a playground.

How to get to the Oceanarium

To get to the Oceanarium by train, you can get off at Bournemouth Station, it’s then a 5 minute drive or a 23 minute walk to the aquarium.

For those travelling by bus, you can get off at Bournemouth Pier (2 minute walk), Royal Bath Hotel (4 minute walk) or Beacon Road (4 minute walk).
